Talks between Inter Milan and Atalanta over Ademola Lookman have stalled, but the Nerazzurri remain determined to reopen negotiations.
According to Corriere di Bergamo via FCInterNews, the clubs plan to resume talks, driven by the player’s desire to make the move.
Inter will not give up on Ademola Lookman without a fight.
On the contrary, they intend to accelerate talks with Atalanta after agreeing on personal terms with the player.
However, there are disagreements between the clubs.

Inter’s opening bid for the 27-year-old failed to come to fruition.
Indeed, Atalanta turned down their €40 million offer, holding out for €50 million instead.
Therefore, the deal is in jeopardy, even though Lookman wants to link up with the Nerazzurri at all costs.
Meanwhile, he has been out of action since early July due to injury.
However, he should return to full fitness by the end of the month and potentially join the team’s pre-season camp.
Yet, Inter would ideally close the deal before Lookman’s return from the treatment room.
