Como are reportedly close to securing a deal for GNK Dinamo Zagreb and Croatia international midfielder Martin Baturina worth €30m.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the negotiations are getting into full swing and progressing well.
Sky Sport Italia transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio goes further, suggesting that they are close to a deal on personal terms.
The asking price from Dinamo Zagreb is believed to be circa €30m, which thanks to their rich owners, is entirely within Como’s budget.

The 22-year-old already has 12 senior caps for Croatia and only recently signed a new contract extension to June 2028 with his club.
This is not the first time that Baturina has been linked with a potential Serie A move, as he was also on the radar for Inter and Fiorentina last season.
He also scored for GNK Dinamo Zagreb in their 2-1 Champions League victory over Milan in January 2025.
Como are determined to build a strong squad, having convinced coach Cesc Fabregas to remain despite a proposal from Inter.
