Thursday’s reports claim that Premier League side Chelsea and Bayer Leverkusen in the Bundesliga have recently submitted proposals to sign Milan target Ardon Jashari, who has been holding out for a move to San Siro for most of the summer transfer window.
For several weeks, Milan have been attempting to negotiate with Club Brugge over a deal for the €40m-rated Switzerland international, who grew up a Rossoneri supporter.
Milan have come forward with a series of proposals but as things stand, none of them have been accepted.

Brugge remain adamant that they will not allow Jashari to leave for a fee below €40m, €35m of which to be guaranteed payments. Milan’s latest offer came close, standing at a reported €33.5m plus €4.5m in bonuses, €2.5m of which were ‘easily achievable’, but was still not enough to close a deal.
And while Milan remain interested, and Jashari interested in moving to San Siro, it remains to be seen whether they will actually come back in with another offer.

Meanwhile, reports from Belgian journalist Sacha Tavolieri, Chelsea and Bayer Leverkusen have stepped forwards and made enquiries with Club Brugge for Jashari.
Thursday’s update claims that Chelsea are intending to submit an offer for the 23-year-old, while Bayer Leverkusen see him as a potential replacement for Granit Xhaka, whose permanent transfer to Sunderland was confirmed on Wednesday.
