Inter Milan fringe striker Mehdi Taremi is reportedly the subject of an alleged transfer battle between Besiktas and Porto.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport via FCInterNews, the San Siro giants have slapped an €8 million price tag on their flop.
New Inter Milan boss Cristian Chivu has put the 33-year-old on the chopping block.
Indeed, Mehdi Taremi has failed to live up to expectations and will leave San Siro in the coming weeks.
Despite his lackluster form in Serie A, there’s no shortage of interest in his services.

Taremi’s relatively low asking price makes him an attractive option for numerous clubs across Europe.
Besiktas, above all, have been keen to sign the Iranian international this summer.
However, their interest has hit a pause button due to a protracted pursuit of Tammy Abraham.
Meanwhile, Porto have seen a window of opportunity to board the ship, considering re-signing their former talisman.
It would be a romantic reunion, and the Dragao outfit would only have to pay €8m to bring the prodigal son back.
