La Gazzetta dello Sport reports Milan and Tijjani Reijnders are unwilling to part ways in the summer, although Manchester City and Real Madrid have been following the Dutchman this season and could send formal bids over the summer.

Netherlands international Reijnders is unwilling to leave Milan despite interest from Manchester City and Real Madrid.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, both European giants have followed the Dutchman this season and were even ready to open talks during the January transfer window.

However, Reijnders refused to sit down with any interested party and ultimately signed a contract extension until 2030.

Gazzetta notes that Reijnders has scored 13 goals this season, as many as Jude Bellingham and the entire Manchester City midfield department.

According to the report, Man City scouts have watched Reijnders in action several times this season, but neither the midfielder nor his club are willing to negotiate a summer transfer.

Gazzetta refuses to rule out that City and Madrid will knock on the player’s door again next summer, but the Rossoneri and their star have already decided they won’t split.
