Dani Ceballos is one of the Real Madrid players who still face an uncertain future in the team after the arrival of Xabi Alonso to coach the team, noting that the current summer market has entered its final weeks.
The Spanish star, who was previously a player for Arsenal, failed to become one of the players who took a starting position under Carlo Ancelotti. He lost his place to players such as Aurelien Tchouameni and Eduardo Camavinga, and now his future remains unclear with Arda Guler and Federico Valverde in the squad.
Despite ongoing speculation about his future, Dani Ceballos is resolved to remain at Real Madrid and compete for a role in the squad.
The Spanish midfielder is eager to demonstrate his value to new manager Xabi Alonso and is confident he can secure a regular starting position with the club. His commitment persists even as several European sides have expressed interest in acquiring him.
Thus far, however, Real Madrid has not received any satisfactory offers for the 28-year-old.
Ceballos would only contemplate an exit if the club signs another midfielder—a scenario viewed as unlikely in the current transfer window due to time constraints.
As things stand, he is expected to remain part of the first-team roster this season, though his exact role under Alonso remains uncertain.
