With the summer transfer window nearing its end, the big question is whether Rodrygo will leave Real Madrid amid fresh links to Liverpool and PSG. One Premier League club appears to be out of the race, though, as they’re unwilling to part with a key player.
PSG’s interest in Rodrygo is still unclear. Josué Cassé of Foot Mercato reported the Brazilian forward isn’t on their radar, contradicting Sky Sports Germany’s Florian Plettenberg, who also ruled out Tottenham Hotspur as a possible destination.
Still, Plettenberg noted that both Liverpool and PSG are keeping a close watch on Rodrygo’s situation. PSG are believed to be targeting a top young winger, but any move could depend on how the final weeks of the window play out.

TBR Football reports that Real Madrid have told Rodrygo they’re open to offers for him. Manchester City and Arsenal are both interested, and the Brazilian is open to joining either side.
The Athletic’s Jack Pitt-Brooke reported that Manchester City informed Tottenham that they do not want to sell Savinho and are considering the matter closed. How does this affect Rodrygo? Well, it’s one less suitor.
On Monday, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reported that Manchester City was eyeing a move for Rodrygo as several players prepare to leave the club. With Jack Grealish already gone and James McAtee and Savinho likely to follow, City see Rodrygo as a dream signing, with Pep Guardiola being a big fan.
Real Madrid are open to selling if Rodrygo wants to leave, with a price tag around €100 million. Nonetheless, Savinho will stay at Manchester City unless anything drastic happens.
