Real Madrid star is Euro 2024’s best dribbler to date | OneFootball

A headline member of the attacking ranks at La Liga giants Real Madrid is leading Euro 2024 in dribble success rate.

That’s according to the latest data to have surfaced on Thursday, which points towards Kylian Mbappé as the player in question.

Frontman Mbappé, for his part, has of course endured a difficult Euros campaign to date.

After suffering a broken nose on opening day against Austria, the 25-year-old was forced to sit out France’s meeting with the Netherlands, before looking some way off his best despite finding the net against Poland on Tuesday.

And yet, as alluded to above, with the ball at his feet at least, Mbappé has made his presence very much felt.

As revealed by statisticians WhoScored, of all players to have attempted ten or more dribbles at the European Championships to date, Real Madrid’s latest signing boasts the best success rate.

Mbappé has managed to complete an impressive 64.3% of his dribbles, ahead of Jamal Musiala and Nicola Zalewski on 60% each.

Rounding out the top-5, meanwhile, are Pedro Neto, and Georges Mikautadze.
