Each of these players excels in different positions, offering Real Madrid the opportunity to address various areas of the team that need reinforcement.

With Carlo Ancelotti and club president Florentino Perez aligned on the need to refresh the squad, these young talents could be crucial for the club’s long-term success.

Who are these players?

Scalvini is a 20-year-old Italian centre-back who currently plays for Atalanta. He has a contract with the club until 2028 and is valued at around €45 million.

Despite a recent cruciate ligament injury, Scalvini has caught Ancelotti’s attention due to his strong defensive capabilities, which are seen as vital to improving Madrid’s backline.

Injuries have plagued Real Madrid’s defence recently, so Scalvini’s addition could help strengthen the squad in the future. The club plans to closely monitor his recovery when he returns in November, with an eye on a possible move.

Yildiz, the 19-year-old Turkish attacking midfielder, plays for Juventus and has been praised for his attacking versatility, having already contributed goals and assists for the Italian giants.

His current contract runs until 2029, and his value is estimated at €50 million. Perez reportedly sees him as a long-term option to boost the team’s attacking capabilities, ensuring Real Madrid remain competitive in both domestic and European competitions.

Lastly, Kayode, Fiorentina’s 20-year-old right-back, has also emerged as a possible solution for Real Madrid’s defensive issues.

With injuries to Dani Carvajal and the ageing of Lucas Vazquez, Kayode could provide the much-needed depth in the right-back position.

Under contract with Fiorentina until 2028, Kayode’s signing would not only strengthen the defence but also give Madrid flexibility for future transfer pursuits, such as potentially targeting Alexander Arnold in 2025.
