Meanwhile, looking ahead to the club’s upcoming match against Getafe, the Frenchman stressed its importance, saying:

“It is an important match. We are in the final stretch of the season, and each match is a little more important.

“We are going to fight, as always. We have to give everything, with commitment, to win this match and stay in La Liga.”
