Real Betis star still unable to train due to injury | OneFootball

A member of the attacking ranks at La Liga outfit Real Betis remains unable to take to the training pitch owing to injury.

That’s according to Mundo Deportivo, who point towards Ez Abde as the player in question.

Winger Abde for his part suffered an ankle injury back in late May, en route to Betis’ Europa Conference League defeat at the hands of Chelsea.

The former Barcelona talent went on to link up with the Morocco national team for a pair of fixtures last month, but was forced to watch on from the sidelines as his compatriots secured back-to-back victories over Tunisia and Benin.

And as of today, Abde is still not in a fit state to take to the grass.

That’s according to MD, who have on Wednesday confirmed:

‘Ez Abde has left Seville with the club’s permission to spend a few days in his native Alicante and put himself in the hands of a physiotherapist he trusts to try to reduce as soon as possible the edema that prevents him from training with his teammates.’
