Jude Bellingham once again proved to be one of Real Madrid’s most influential players during their dramatic 3-3 draw against Rayo Vallecano.

The young Englishman showcased his talent by leading the team, particularly during an impressive first-half performance. Bellingham managed to score Real Madrid’s second goal just before the break, levelling the score at 2-2.

This marked his sixth consecutive goal in La Liga this season, an incredible feat that has not been achieved by any Real Madrid player since 2016. Back then, Karim Benzema was the last to set such a record.

Bellingham’s thought

Bellingham, however, chose not to speak to the media after the match. Instead, he took to social media to reflect on the game.

While his message on Instagram focused on how challenging the match was and the need to improve, it also hinted at the team’s ambition to bounce back stronger in their upcoming games.

“One of the more complicated away games but should be leaving with more than a point. Rest and refocus for an opportunity to win another title on Wednesday,” he wrote.

His post drew widespread attention, including praise from former teammate Toni Kroos, who acknowledged the Englishman’s remarkable contributions to the team by writing, “What a player.”

On a scoring spree

The goal against Rayo Vallecano has extended Bellingham’s exceptional scoring streak in La Liga. He has now scored in six consecutive league matches, starting with his first goal of the season on 9 November.

His list of victims includes top teams like Osasuna, Girona, and Athletic Club, as well as Rayo Vallecano in this latest encounter. The midfielder has become a consistent force in front of goal, delivering when his team needs him most.

In total, Bellingham has found the net in seven of Real Madrid’s last eight games across all competitions. His only miss came in the Champions League clash against Liverpool.

His strike against Atalanta further demonstrates his form, proving that he is quickly becoming an indispensable player for the Spanish giants.
