Rafael Leao among 5 Serie A players in Portugal squad for Final Four

There are five Serie A players called up by coach Roberto Martinez for the Portugal squad as they play the Nations League Final Four.
The tournament will be hosted by Germany, with Portugal taking on the Germans on June 4, while the other semi-final between Spain and France is scheduled for June 5.
There is plenty of representation from Serie A in the squad selected by Martinez for these fixtures, hoping to reach the Final.

Lazio full-back Nuno Tavares is included, despite repeated injury problems that have affected his campaign and saw him limp off against Inter on Sunday.
Juventus defender Renato Veiga and winger Francisco Conceicao are in the side, although neither of them are expected to remain in Turin after the end of their loan deals from Chelsea and FC Porto respectively.

Joao Felix is another player on loan from Chelsea who is currently trying to get playing time for Milan and scored in Sunday’s 3-1 defeat to Roma.
