PSG interested in AS Monaco’s Maghnes Akliouche | OneFootball

According to a report from L’Équipe, Paris Saint-Germain are showing an interest in AS Monaco forward Maghnes Akliouche (22).

Whilst one former Monégasque is confirmed to be leaving PSG at the end of the summer, they are potentially looking to replace him with another prodigy from the Principality club. As he revealed in a video, posted on social media on Friday, Kylian Mbappé (25) will leave PSG at the end of the season.

The search for reinforcements is already underway. As reported by Le Parisien, Napoli’s Khvicha Kvaratskhelia (23) is a priority target for Les Parisiens. However, he is not the only offensive reinforcement being considered by sporting director Luís Campos. As reported by L’Équipe, the Portuguese director is also showing an interest in Akliouche, who having been conserved by Monaco last season, despite interest from Lille OSC, has had a breakout season in the Principality.

PSG have sounded out the possibility of bringing Akliouche to the Parc des Princes. For now, Les Monégasques are showing a desire to retain the France U21 international, who is under contract until 2026. Other UEFA Champions League teams are also monitoring the young Monaco forward.
