Milan Primavera kick off their 2025/26 season in Puglia when they take on Lecce on matchday 1. Much like last season, the Rossoneri begin the campaign away from home. Their first home fixture is against Sassuolo in a rematch of the play-off in May. In November, AC Milan take on Juventus, before the international break, and Inter in the derby. The Primavera's final fixture of the calendar year is away at newly-promoted Napoli (the other new additions to the league being Frosinone and Parma), while 2026 begins against Roma at home. This long season concludes on the weekend of 16/17 May when Torino come to the PUMA House of Football.

There will be three midweek matchdays (17 December, 21 January and 4 March) in a season that includes five breaks: four for international football (6 September, 11 October, 15 November and 28 March) and one for Christmas on 27 December. The Rossoneri will also enter the Coppa Italia at the Round of 16 phase, where they will take on the winner of Torino/Pescara v Parma/Ascoli. The competition format remains a 20-team round-robin with the top 6 teams going through to the Scudetto play-offs. Next season's Primavera 1 is for 2006s and younger, and only one non-quota player (no age limits) is permitted per game during the full season - excluding the final five matchdays.
