Matchday 17 of this season's Serie A sees Juventus take on Monza at the U-Power Stadium

There’s a perfect balance in the four previous match-ups between Monza and Juventus in Serie A: the Brianzoli won both matches in the 2022/23 season, while the Bianconeri won the next two matches in 2023/24, with four goals scored in total by both teams.
Monza's first victory in their Serie A history came against Juventus, on 18 September 2022 at the U-Power Stadium, 1-0.
Juventus is the team that has made the most passes in this season’s Serie A: 9154; however, 55% (5010) of these have been in their half of the pitch, while only Monza has recorded a higher percentage so far (56%).
Monza is the team that has earned the fewest points in home games this Serie A season: only three in eight matches (3D, 5L) at the U-Power Stadium, and are – along with Genoa – the only side without a home league win so far this campaign.
Monza have lost all of their last three home league games (against AC Milan, Lazio and Udinese); the Brianzoli have never recorded four home defeats in a row in Serie A.

Juventus have not lost in 24 league matches, in which they have collected eight wins and 16 draws, which is the longest unbeaten run in the top five European leagues.
After four wins in five matches (1L), Monza have won only one of their last 25 league matches (10D, 14L), a 3-0 victory over Hellas Verona away from home.
Juventus are unbeaten in the first half of the season (6W, 10D); in only two other seasons have the Bianconeri ended the first half of the campaign without a loss in their Serie A history: in 2018/19 (17W, 2D) and in 2011/12 (11W, 8D).
The Bianconeri have 21 players who have played at least one match for the full 90 minutes: a record in the current campaign.
Juventus are only one of two teams, along with Inter, to have not yet conceded a goal from outside the box this season. The last goal conceded by the Bianconeri from this situation in Serie A dates back to February against Hellas Verona.

Teun Koopmeiners has been involved in five goals (three goals and two assists) in four matches against Monza in Serie A: a record for him against a single opponent in the tournament. The Dutchman is in fact one of only two players to have scored a hat-trick against the Brianzoli in Serie A, along with Szymon Zurkowski.
Since joining Juventus, Pierre Kalulu is the player who has covered the greatest distance with the ball in the league: 3,398 metres in total.
The only one of Federico Gatti's five away goals in Serie A came against Monza at the U-Power Stadium last season, which was also the latest goal (93:16) scored by Juventus that campaign.
Weston McKennie has provided seven of the 12 total assists in Serie A for Dusan Vlahovic; since the American made his Serie A debut (2020/21), only one player has served more assists to a single teammate in the competition: Nicolo Barella (11) for Lautaro Martinez.
Michele Di Gregorio played four seasons with Monza between Serie A and Serie B, playing a total of 134 games between 2020 and 2024.

Gianluca Caprari has scored two goals against Juventus in Serie A, both in 2019 and in a Sampdoria shirt. Only one of his last seven goals in the tournament has come in a home match (22 January 2023 in Monza-Sassuolo, 1-1).
Dany Mota has scored four goals in the 14 matches he has played in this league and could equal his best scoring season in Serie A, which was in 2022/23 when he scored five goals in 29 matches.
The first of the only two matches in which Milan Djuric, who is in doubt for this match, has both scored and served an assist in Serie A was against Juventus, in February 2015, with Cesena (with Hellas Verona against Lecce, in November 2023, was the other).
No fewer than 12 of the 15 assists provided in Serie A by Georgios Kyriakopoulos have come as a result of a cross - since his debut in the competition (2019/20 season), only Juan Cuadrado, Alessandro Bastoni and Cristiano Biraghi have served up more assists from crosses (all 15) among defenders than the Greek player.
Two of the nine outfield players who have played all 1440 minutes so far this season wear Monza colours: Pablo Marí and Georgios Kyriakopoulos.
