Leeds United Women return to FA WNL Division One North action with a trip to Moor Park to face Chester-le-Street Ladies on Sunday.

The Whites face a Chester-le-Street side that has freshly returned to the fourth tier with previous encounters between the clubs falling in the 2023/24 campaign.

During that season, Leeds recorded a 3-1 victory in the away fixture thanks to goals from Ellie Dobson, Leoni Price and Jess Rousseau.

The Whites are unbeaten so far this campaign, registering a 1-1 draw with Chorley in the FA WNL season opener courtesy of a goal from Macy Ellis.

It was League Cup action against Halifax last time out, in which Darcie Greene’s 66th minute effort against her former club secured victory in the Whites’ first of three group stage games.

Chester-le-Street are still searching for their first win of the campaign, falling to a 1-0 loss against Norton & Stockton Ancients on the opening day and suffering a 4-1 defeat against Sunderland Academy in the League Cup.

Action from Moor Park gets underway at 2pm.
