French midfielder Paul Pogba wishes Juventus good luck and thanks fans for their support: ‘You’ll always be in my heart.’
Juventus announced they had agreed to terminate Pogba’s contract by mutual consent on Friday.
The club and Pogba released official statements almost simultaneously.
The French midfielder addressed the fans in a brief Instagram message and wished good luck to his ex-club, which he will formally leave at the end of the month.

“There are moments when things don’t go as we wish, but one thing is sure,” wrote the ex-Manchester United star.
“The bond with you, dear fans, will forever be unforgettable. You gave me so much—more than I can possibly express with words. I’ll forever carry with me all the affection you gave me. You’ll always be in my heart. Good luck, Juventus.”
Pogba wanted to remain at Juventus after his doping ban was reduced from four years to just 18 months.
In his latest interview, released across multiple media and platforms and not authorised by the Bianconeri, the 31-year-old said he was eager to remain at the club and was even ready to take a pay cut.
However, he was never in Thiago Motta and Cristiano Giuntoli’s plans, so the two parties eventually reached an agreement to part company from November 30, 2024.
Since returning to Juventus on a free transfer in 2022, Pogba has made only 12 competitive appearances.
