There are reports that Arsenal talks with Thomas Partey for a new contract are breaking down, giving Milan, Juventus and Fenerbahce a chance to take him as a free agent.

The 32-year-old’s current deal is due to expire at the end of this month and the Gunners are now at real risk of losing him for nothing.

It would be a huge fall from grace considering they paid €50m to get him from Atletico Madrid in October 2020.

Partey made 52 appearances in all competition for Arsenal this season, contributing four goals and three assists.

Partey will be a free agent

According to CaughtOffside, talks for a renewal are at an impasse and on the verge of breaking down completely.

This is a big opportunity for Juventus, who had been linked for several years, but above all Milan to make a swoop.

The Rossoneri are under new coach Max Allegri, who had wanted to sign Partey at Juve in the past.

Another candidate is Jose Mourinho’s Fenerbahce in the Turkish Super Lig.

With the lack of a transfer fee, the Ghana international will be demanding a huge salary, which is what prevented him doing a deal with Arsenal.
