Paris Saint-Germain rival Newcastle’s interest in Rayan Cherki | OneFootball

Paris Saint-Germain could enter the race to sign Rayan Cherki (20) from Olympique Lyonnais this summer, with the creative midfielder entering the last year of his contract with his formative club.

Cherki has long been considered one of the most promising players to emerge in European football, however, this season has highlighted a more mercurial streak in the player, and he has struggled to find game time under the various Lyon managers.

This has done little to ward off interest in the young Frenchman and according to Sports Zone Paris Saint-Germain could soon enter the race for the talented Lyon player as Luís Campos is said to like his profile. However, their interest would put them in fierce competition with a growing list of rival clubs.

The race is on for Rayan Cherki

Newcastle, Borussia Dortmund, and Borussia Mönchengladbach and another unnamed Premier League side are all thought to have retained their interest from last summer in a player who has already made it clear that he would like to consider his options in the upcoming market.
