Manchester United have so far struggled to sell any of their unwanted stars, while a few like Marcus Rashford and Alejandro Garnacho have even returned to Carrington.

The Red Devils had informed five players — Rashford, Garnacho, Tyrell Malacia, Antony and Jadon Sancho to take an extended break in order for them to facilitate an exit from Old Trafford.

But as relayed by The Peoples Person, the Mancunian has returned to Carrington, but is training away from the main group in an individual capacity.

The Argentine was reportedly called back into training by Ruben Amorim, with murmurs that there could be a thawing in relations between the pair.

The 21-year-old fell out with the Portuguese following his explosive comments after he was excluded from the Europa League final starting lineup.

But The Manchester Evening News has claimed that the pair were spotted training together at Carrington, but away from the main group.

In fact, by the time the duo engaged in some ball-work in one of the practice turfs at United’s training complex, the first team had departed the area.

“Alejandro Garnacho and Marcus Rashford trained together at Manchester United’s training ground last week.

“Garnacho and Rashford were on site at United’s Carrington training complex on Thursday and sources say the pair did ball-work together on one of the training pitches.

“The United first-team squad had left the premises by the time the pair arrived and the only other team present were the under 10s.”

The 20-time English league champions maybe looking to sell the out-of-favour forwards, but the club have offered medical support, rehab facilities as well as remote help to all of their outgoing stars.

Which explains why they have returned to train. While Rashford is trying to engineer an exit to Barcelona, the Argentina international is of interest to Chelsea.
