OGC Nice’s injury crisis continues. Already missing players such as Dante, Terem Moffi, Youssouf Ndayishimiye, Tanguy Ndombélé and Morgan Sanson, a new name has been added to the list of absentees at the Allianz Riviera.
There is hope that Ndombélé and Dante may return for Le Gym when they face Stade Brestois this weekend. However, one name that certainly won’t figure on the teamsheet is Hicham Boudaoui, according to a report from Nice-Matin.
The Algeria international is one of the most important elements of this Nice side, as admitted by Franck Haise who has used him at every possible opportunity. However, he has not been spared from injury. Boudaoui has already faced an injury absence this season and he is now set for another spell on the sidelines after suffering a hamstring injury during Sunday’s win over rivals AS Monaco.
Nice-Matin understands that he is out of Nice’s match against Brest and could even miss multiple weeks of action. Ndombélé could, however, return this weekend.
