Official: Raspadori joins Atletico Madrid from Napoli in 26m agreement

Italy international Giacomo Raspadori has completed his transfer from Napoli to Atletico Madrid for a reported €26m including add-ons, signing a five-year contract.
The precise details are believed to be a €22m fixed fee with a further €4m in relatively easy to achieve add-ons based on Champions League participation.
He becomes the second Italian to make the move to the Colchoneros this summer, after Matteo Ruggeri was secured from Atalanta.

The 25-year-old striker joined Napoli from Sassuolo in 2022 for a €5m loan with obligation to buy for a further €28m.
Raspadori proved to be instrumental in the two Serie A title successes over the last three seasons.
He leaves the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona after scoring 18 goals and providing 10 assists in 109 competitive matches.
The versatile forward has nine goals and six assists in 40 senior caps for Italy, where he was in the squad that won EURO 2020.
