Official – Inter Milan Sign Ex Venezia Midfielder To Bolster U23 Team | OneFootball

Inter Milan have completed the signing of midfielder Luca Fiordilino to reinforce their Under-23 team.

The club officially announce that the 29-year-old has arrived. He adds some experience to Stefano Vecchi’s team.

For the first time next season, Inter Milan will have an Under-23 team. The team will compete in Serie C, and have officially registered for the Italian third tier.

As with the Juventus Next Gen and AC Milan Futuro teams, the purpose of this team is to offer younger players a pathway into first team football.

However, there will also be a few older players to offer some senior experience. Both on the pitch, and behind the scenes, as the youngsters find their feet in the senior game.

Inter Milan have already brought in a few older players to be part of the Under-23 team.

These include defender Giuseppe Prestia and goalkeeper Riccardo Melgrati.

Now, the Nerazzurri have signed another player with experience for the Under-23 team.

Midfielder Luca Fiordilino has also arrived, the club officially confirm.

Fiordilino was under contract with Triestina in Serie C. However, he has terminated his contract with the Friulian club.
