Milan have officially completed the purchase of Koni De Winter from Genoa in a deal believed to be worth €20m.
The centre-back underwent his medical tests yesterday and was formally announced this afternoon.
It is reported the agreement was worth €18m as a base fee and a further €2m in add-ons.
His former club, Juventus, will receive around 20-25 per cent of that figure as part of the agreement around his original €8m sale to Genoa in 2024.

Inter, Tottenham Hotspur and Bournemouth had also been interested in the Belgium international, but Milan secured De Winter after selling Malick Thiaw to Newcastle United for circa €40m.
It is believed the defender will earn €1.8m per season in his five-year contract at San Siro.
De Winter will wear the Number 5 jersey for Milan.
He has three senior caps for Belgium and the 23-year-old has been in Italy since 2018, when he joined the Juventus youth team.
He also had a loan spell at Empoli in 2022-23 and amassed 68 Serie A appearances, scoring three goals and providing one assist.
