Gonçalo Ramos’ future at PSG has been up in the air this summer. As a result, there have been transfer rumors swirling around the Portuguese striker. But it now seems likely he could stay in Paris, although there’s interest from the Premier League.
Ramos wrapped up the 2024-25 season with 18 goals and six assists in 41 games. Nonetheless, it’s still unclear if that will be enough to secure his place at the club as a starter.
Last May, CaughtOffside highlighted growing interest in Ramos, with a potential move still possible. Newcastle United, Aston Villa, Napoli, and Juventus have all been monitoring him, while Arsenal and Manchester United are also looking to boost their attacking options this summer.
Journalist Graeme Bailey previously reported that Manchester United had the green light to sign the 24-year-old, as PSG seems open to selling. Ramos has reportedly also held talks with clubs in Europe and Saudi Arabia.

On Sunday, Craig Hope of the Daily Mail reported that Ramos is among the alternatives Newcastle United consider in their search for a striker. Benjamin Sesko remains their top choice, and a decision on his future could come soon.
Amid the rumors linking him away from PSG, journalist Sacha Tavolieri recently reported that AC Milan made a serious move to sign Ramos, but PSG’s asking price is too steep. The French club are set on keeping the striker this summer despite the interest from other sides.
This new information from Tavolieri comes after he reported that AC Milan were seriously considering Ramos as a top target. Milan officials had already in talks with the Portuguese striker’s representatives to explore a potential deal. Nonetheless, that doesn’t seem like it will happen.
