Napoli have announced that the club have finally come to an agreement with Mathías Olivera on a new contract.
There were concerns about the left-back's long-term future at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona, with his contract expiring in the summer of 2027.
However, it has been announced that he has now put pen to paper on fresh terms until June 2030.
The deal also reportedly includes a considerable salary increase for Olivera, who established himself as a key man under Antonio Conte after wresting the starting jersey away from Mario Rui.
