Napoli open talks to sign former West Ham loanee Carlos Soler | OneFootball

The future of Paris Saint-Germain’s Carlos Soler (28) is unclear. The Spaniard spent last season on loan at West Ham United, however, he featured infrequently. He has already said goodbye to the London club, who have opted against triggering the option to make the midfielder’s move permanent.

However, Soler doesn’t have a future at PSG either. As reported earlier this week by Le Parisien, there is no future for any of the returning loanees this summer. That includes the likes of Randal Kolo Muani, Renato Sanches, and Milan Skriniar, too. The midfielder will therefore be on the search for a new club this summer.

Gianluca Di Marzio understands that Napoli hold an interest and have even initiated talks to sign the former Valencia man. The club, who now have the assurance of moving forward with manager Antonio Conte, are also looking to conclude the arrival of Kevin De Bruyne, whose contract at Manchester City is up.
