The club will present its latest financial report by the end of September, and it will be studied by a new body that will replace COVISOC, which will also adopt new standards (mainly based on labor cost rather than the liquidity index).

Hence, this process will require some time, so even if Lazio manage to settle their accounts as expected, so they will have to wait for a few months to lift the ban and resume their market activities.

Insigne Facing a Dilemma

Therefore, Insigne will have to decide between signing for a new club where he would immediately play, or join Lazio’s ranks and train with Sarri’s men before becoming eligible to play by December/January. The 34-year-old has already rejected approaches from Torino, Parma and Udinese, claims the report.
