The famed tactician is looking to restore order at the club, beginning by improving their facilities.

Conte thus cited his experience at Inter, claiming he found the training group in poor shape, before working on enhancing it.

“I come from English experiences where I know the importance of a sports center also for the youth teams,” said the Partenopei coach in his pre-match press conference ahead of his team’s clash against Cagliari (via FcInterNews).

“These are important elements in any club. I also arrived at Inter and Appiano was a disaster. We worked a lot on the pitches and the guesthouse. Now, Appiano is a jewel in the crown.

“A sports center at the end of the season can give you a few points. Napoli today is at a level that it is right to continue to develop.”
