Milan ultras will continue their silent protest against the club’s management in their upcoming Serie A match with Cagliari.

The Rossoneri ultras – led by the Curva Sud and the Milan Club Association – staged a silent protest in the recent 3-3 draw with Genoa, making six requests to the team’s management amidst a miserable atmosphere in the Lombardy capital.

The ultras from the Curva Sud put up six banners ahead of the kick-off of that Genoa draw, calling for ‘communication strategy, institutional presence, appropriate signings, cohesion, ambition, and ability’. They are unhappy with the work of Stefano Pioli and the directors working above him.

La Gazzetta dello Sport details how the Milan ultras will continue their protest in the upcoming league match with Cagliari, with no chants, flags or banners expected in the stands of the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza.

The move clearly had an effect on the players during their draw with Genoa and the players will again have to fight the tensions as they look for victory over the Sardinian side.
