Milan goalkeeper Mike Maignan will surprisingly serve a one-game ban in the upcoming Serie A game against Lecce as he disrespected the referee in the San Siro tunnel after a 2-1 loss against Lazio on Sunday.
Milan will be forced to do without Maignan in their next league game.
The French keeper was not sanctioned during the latest Serie A game against Lazio but still received a one-match ban.
Maignan is among the eight players suspended for one game by the Sports Judge after the latest Serie A round.

As reported by TMW, Maignan was banned for “having, at the end of the match, in the tunnel leading to the locker rooms, directed a disrespectful remark towards the match official.”
The other players suspended after Serie A round 27 are Marc-Oliver Kempf (Como), Maignan’s Milan teammate Strahinja Pavlović, Remo Freuler (Bologna), Gianluca Mancini (Roma), Rolando Mandragora (Fiorentina), Mergim Vojvoda (Como) and Nicolò Zaniolo (Fiorentina).
Maignan was also fined €15,000.
Milan’s next Serie A match is against Lecce at the Stadio Via del Mare on March 8.
