Manchester United could be handing Paris Saint-Germain a nice payday if they secure two key signings in the summer transfer window.

The Mirror previously reported that Manchester United planned to scout two potential striker targets during the international break: Ipswich Town’s Liam Delap and Hugo Ekitike, who were set to face off Friday night.

Meanwhile, CaughtOffside suggested that Manchester United may have an advantage over Manchester City in the race to sign Xavi Simons next summer.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano confirmed that Simons has officially joined RB Leipzig on a permanent deal from PSG. The transfer is valued at €80 million, including add-ons, with an initial fee of €55 million and a sell-on clause.

Romano also noted that Simons’ contract runs until June 2027, but he could still be on the move this summer, with multiple clubs already showing interest.

How much could PSG earn from Xavi Simons and Hugo Ektike sales?

Le10Sport highlights the total amount PSG could earn from the two players, factoring in reported asking prices and sell-on clauses, as both seem poised for summer moves.

Leipzig are reportedly asking for €80 million to let him go. Since PSG holds 20 percent of the resale profits for Simons, his departure could earn the club around €6 million.

Meanwhile, Ekitike is expected to leave Eintracht Frankfurt this summer, with his price also set at €80 million. If he moves for that amount, PSG would receive €13 million.
