Manchester City sign goalkeeper Cumings | OneFootball

Manchester City have completed the signing of goalkeeper Eartha Cumings on a three-year deal.

WSL Full-Time were informed of the news via an official club press release from The Cityzens this afternoon.

The 26-year-old stopper joins Manchester City from Swedish OBOS Damallsvenskan champions FC Rosengård. Cumings has spent the last two seasons with FCR in which she claimed the first-choice jersey. She was an ever-present for the club in the OBOS Damallsvenskan in 2024.

The player previously played in England and represented Bristol City, Charlton Athletic, Liverpool and Everton.

On the international stage, Cumings has been capped by Scotland on seven occasions at senior level.

After joining Manchester City, Cumings said “I think it’s an exciting team and it’s always nice to come close to home.

“There are a lot of young players, but also a bit of a mix [with experience] and obviously, City has really high ambitions and aspirations, so it’s an exciting time to be a part of this team.

“From the outside, it looks like a really great goalkeeper union and it looks like they have great fun, so I’m looking forward to being part of it.”

Cumings is Manchester City’s fourth signing of the summer transfer window.
