The Cityzens have poached the Sierra Leone centre-back from Real Vallodolid after he spent just a half a season at the Spanish side having been plucked from Sierra Leone side AIK Freetong.
The teenager has signed his registration at the Etihad, and will spend the remainder of the campaign on loan at RC Lens, whom City have already raided this month to sign Abdukodir Khusanov.
Bah becomes Manchester City's fourth signing of the January window, following the arrivals of Khusanov, Omar Marmoush and Vitor Reis.
However, the deal has not been without a degree of controversy, with City being threatened with legal action by Valladolid over how they have approached the deal.
Bah signed for the Spanish side officially earlier this month after a spell on loan but reportedly refused to train after learning of City's interest in his services.
