Roma seem to have indirectly communicated to Lorenzo Pellegrini that his time at the club may be up, claims today’s edition of Leggo.
The captain, never much appreciated by his fans and in full emotional crisis after the protest at the Olimpico, could leave the capital already during the next winter transfer market.
The newspaper reports how the footballer, whose contract expires in 2026, may consider his story at Roma to be over.
The situation is as follows: either the club and the player negotiate a new contract or the player leaves.
If it were up to the footballer, staying at Roma would be the most welcome solution: Lorenzo would like to stay.
But the signals coming from the club are very different.
Roma, Leggo writes, has more or less directly invited him to find another team as early as next January.
The club therefore does not seem to leave any room for the player, whose farewell to the Capital could materialize as early as next month.
