Liverpool have officially unveiled their home and away kits for the 2025/26 season, marking the return of Adidas as the club’s kit manufacturer for the first time in 13 years.
The new home shirt sticks to tradition with its classic Liverpool red, complemented by white trim and the iconic three Adidas stripes along the sleeves - a look that’s sure to bring back memories of the 2006/07 season for many fans.
The away kit, meanwhile, features a clean white base with red and black detailing. A standout feature is the redesigned badge framing the Liverbird, which pays tribute to the shape of Anfield’s original Main Stand, dating back to 1892.
Liverpool are expected to debut the new away strip during the Community Shield clash against Crystal Palace at Wembley on 10 August.
The kit launch also served as an opportunity for the club to confirm squad numbers for their new summer signings.
Florian Wirtz has been handed the No7 shirt, previously worn by Luis Díaz, while Hugo Ekitike will wear No22. Miloš Kerkez takes the No6 shirt, last worn by Thiago Alcântara, and new goalkeeper Giorgi Mamardashvili will wear No25.
A few existing players have also switched numbers. Conor Bradley now wears No12, moving up from No84 as he cements his place in the senior squad. Youngster Trey Nyoni has also been promoted, switching from No98 to No42.
