Liverpool are marching on towards the Premier League title after securing a 2-0 win over Newcastle United at Anfield on Wednesday evening.

The Reds were fresh off beating Manchester City at the weekend and capitalised on Arsenal dropping points again, with the Gunners failing to beat Nottingham Forest earlier in the evening.

Even without Arne Slot in the technical area, Dominik Szoboszlai and Alexis Mac Allister goals made the difference for the Reds, and now champions elect.
