Lille predicted XI v Saint-Étienne: Angel Gomes to start | OneFootball

Angel Gomes is set to start when Lille OSC host AS Saint-Étienne on Saturday night. The Englishman has featured less prominently since returning from injury at the start of the month.

Bruno Genesio’s options on the wings remain limited. Edon Zhegrova is still out and after undergoing surgery on a pubis issue, will remain out for several more weeks. On the opposite wing, Matias Fernandez-Pardo is also out. In their places, Rémy Cabella and Hákon Arnar Haraldsson are expected to start for Lille.

Les Dogues must contend with other absences, notably that of captain Benjamin André, who is out through suspension. Tiago Santos, Samuel Umtiti, and Nabil Bentaleb will also miss Les Verts’ visit, whilst Osame Sahraoui, who starred in LOSC’s midweek UEFA Champions League win, is expected to drop to the bench.
