Lens’ Angelo Fulgini in talks over Turkey move | OneFootball

RC Lens’ Angelo Fulgini (28) is in talks over a move to Turkish club Kocaelispor, according to a report from Foot Mercato.

Fulgini had a mixed campaign with Les Sang et Or last time around. The attacking midfielder registered just one goal and one assist over 23 appearances in Ligue 1. Naturally, he is one of the players that Lens are open to selling this summer, should a reasonable offer arrive. Sales, as is the case for almost all clubs in Ligue 1 this summer, are necessary if Lens are to significantly strengthen during the ongoing transfer window.

Foot Mercato understands that one of their ‘undesireables’, Fulgini, is in talks with Kocaelispor, who recently secured promotion to the Turkish top flight. They appreciate the player’s significant experience (over 200 matches in Ligue 1). Whilst all relevant parties are in contact regarding a potential move, an agreement has yet to be found.
