Leeds United have Panathinaikos striker Fotis Ioannidis on their radar as they look to further strengthen their attacking options this summer, according to the BBC.
They are set to announce the signing of Dominic Calvert-Lewin after he had a medical on Wednesday, but the Elland Road club want another striker.
Ioannidis has now emerged as a potential target as Whites manager Daniel Farke prepares for life back in the Premier League, and he could be keen on a move.
The 25-year-old has been linked with a move to the Premier League in recent transfer windows, and he could finally be on his way to England if Leeds firm up their interest with a bid.
Ipswich Town wanted the ‘dangerous‘ Panathinaikos star last summer, and West Ham United were reportedly linked with him during the winter transfer window. Leicester City also wanted him a year ago.
He has dominated the Super League Greece recently, with 34 goals to his name over the last two campaigns.
His style of play is perfect for the Premier League, and he could prove to be a hit with Leeds.
Farke needs all the attacking firepower he can get in his bid to keep the Whites up given his underwhelming managerial record in the top-flight.
AC Milan attacker Noah Okafor is also under consideration, while Tottenham Hotspur winger Manor Solomon reportedly wants to return to Leeds after a successful loan spell.
Leeds need to hit the ground running when they kick off the 2025-26 Premier League campaign at home against Everton on Monday.
