Lazio president Claudio Lotito is said to have played a role in Serie A’s lack of postponement of Udinese-Roma.

Following Evan Ndicka’s collapse at the 72nd minute of the match over a week ago, Roma wanted to move the match to mid-May to avoid wasting further energy in view of the first leg of the Europa League semi-finals.
