Juventus vs. Stuttgart preview: Team news and predicted lineups | OneFootball

VfB Stuttgart will be hoping to bounce back from a 4-0 defeat at the hands of Bayern Munich when they travel to Turin on Tuesday to take on Juventus in the Champions League.

It's been a while since Sebastian Hoeness' side last won a game, as the defeat to Bayern extended their winless run in all competitions to four matches. They're sitting on one point in the Champions League after losing 3-1 to Real Madrid and drawing 1-1 with Sparta Prague, so a win would be more than welcome.

However, Juventus will not be easy to beat. Since Thiago Motta took over as head coach in the summer, they have not lost a game and are third in Serie A. In their last Champions League game, the Serie A giants turned a 2-1 deficit into a 3-2 victory over RB Leipzig with 10 men to move to six points from two games.

In terms of absentees, goalkeeper Michele Di Gregoria is suspended for Juventus following his red card against Leipzig, while Bremer, Arkadiusz Milik (both knee) and Teun Koppmeiners (rib) are certain to miss out. Nico Gonzalez (thigh) and Weston McKennie (muscular) are both doubtful.

Stuttgart's list of absentees features Chris Fuhrich (adductor), Dan-Axel Zagadou (knee) and Justin Diehl (shoulder), Leonidas Stergiou (back) and Nikolas Nartey (knee).

Head coach Sebastian Hoeness is expected to make two changes to the team that started against Bayern, with Maximilian Mittelstädt and Enzo Millot likely to replace Ramon Hendriks and Fabian Rieder in the starting lineup.
