Italian sources claim Juventus may be forced to sell Kenan Yildiz in the summer if they miss out on a Champions League spot and according to Gazzetta, the Bianconeri already rejected a €60m bid from Chelsea.

Juventus and their talent, Yildiz, could part ways in the summer if the Bianconeri fail to qualify for the Champions League this season.

The club’s minimum target is finishing in the top four in Serie A, as participating in Europe’s elite competition grants at least €65m for the 2025-26 campaign. Juventus are far from securing a Champions League spot, as they sit fourth level on points with Lazio.

Missing out on a Champions League placement could have consequences for Thiago Motta and Juventus transfer activities.

Both Tuttosport and Gazzetta reported on Friday that the Bianconeri would consider Yildiz’s sale for at least €80-90m if they fail to put their hands on the minimum Champions League prize money.

According to Gazzetta, Juventus already rejected a €60m Chelsea offer for Yildiz last summer.

Tuttosport adds that the Turkish talent is not entirely happy with his role in the team as he’s forced to have defensive duties playing as a left winger.

Furthermore, he started the last two games on the bench and was reproached by Motta on Wednesday as he began warming up in a Champions League game against PSV wearing a neck warmer.

Tuttosport confirms Yildiz and his father-agent are considering their options for the future. It’s already been reported that the striker’s representative met with powerful agent Jorge Mendes earlier this month.
