Jude Bellingham sends apology to Real Madrid fans | OneFootball

Real Madrid star Jude Bellingham has taken to social media on Sunday, to send a message of apology to the Blancos faithful.

This comes owing to developments in Real’s meeting with Osasuna.

Los Blancos of course made the trip to El Sadar on Saturday, ultimately held to what was a disappointing share of the spoils in a 1-1 draw.

The aforementioned Bellingham for his part featured from the off in the clash, but was given his marching orders late in the first-half for comments directed at referee Jose Munuera.

The 21-year-old defended himself post-match, adamant that he had been misunderstood by the man in charge of proceedings in Pamplona.

But as alluded to above, Bellingham has nevertheless felt it necessary to issue a formal apology to all of a Real Madrid persuasion.

In a post on his official Instagram account, the England international wrote:

‘Enough said about the misunderstanding, just wanted to apologise again for leaving my teammates in such a tough position and thank the fans for their support and understanding. Nos vemos el Miercoles en casa!’
