When asked about his future best said: “I concentrate fully on the club and on class preservation. I don’t deal with other clubs and still have a year and a half-contract.”
Beste has been one of Heidenheim’s stand-out players in the Bundesliga this season as they currently sit 12th in their first-ever season in the Bundesliga. In 14 games this season, Beste has five goals and seven assists for Heidenheim.
The 24-year-old joined the club in 2022 from Werder Bremen having failed to break into the first team having also failed to break into the first team of Borussia Dortmund.
Last season, in his first season at the club, Beste scored a key goal as Heidenheim came from behind to beat Jahn Regensburg to earn promotion to the Bundesliga. The 24-year-old scored the equalising penalty in the 93rd minute before taking the free kick that Tim Kleindienst would eventually score from.
