This evening, Inter coach Simone Inzaghi has gone with a very strong starting eleven.

The job may be complete as far as clinching the Serie A title.

But that does not mean that the Inter coach has decided to start heavily rotating the team just for the sake of giving playing time to some of the fringe players in the squad.

Nevertheless, Inzaghi could certainly choose to give opportunities to players from the bench.

And then there will be four matches to go after this evening’s clash with Torino.

Davide Frattesi: Players Can “Prove Their Worth” To Inter In Serie A Run-In

Frattesi is one player who has not been a regular starter for Inter.

That does not mean that the former Sassuolo has not played in his first season at the Nerazzurri.

On the contrary, Frattesi has made an impact as a substitute in many matches.

The Italian international’s goals from the bench have been a big part of Inter’s Serie A title push – he scored stoppage time winners against both Hellas Verona and Udinese.

Frattesi commented that “We’ll definitely try to win all our remaining matches, as we’ve been doing all season.”

“Then there will also be an opportunity for us as players, including those who haven’t gotten as much playing time, to prove our worth.”

“It will be a good finale to the season,” Frattesi anticipated.

And of the atmosphere at the San Siro this evening, Frattesi said that “It will be the same as ever, as it’s always distinguished our fans.”

“Today, even moreso,” the 24-year-old said, as Inter are prepared to receive their reception for the Serie A title.

“We just have to thank them for this fantastic season they’ve given us,” he said of the Inter fans.
