Inter Milan captain Lautaro Martinez has been with the Argentina national team during the international break.

However, the 27-year-old did not take to the pitch for the Albiceleste during the break.

Martinez has had to recharge his batteries after an exhausting season.

The Argentine suffered major disappointment with Inter, missing out on the Serie A title to Napoli on the final day before losing 5-0 to Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League final.

Meanwhile, few players have played as many minutes as Martinez for club and country this year.
