We have just two days left of the transfer window now including today, and Chelsea are still looking to get some late deals done.

Many people hadn’t realised that this transfer window runs until February the 3rd, which is Monday. Some just assumed once again that the January transfer window ends in January! You’d be forgiven for thinking that.

Chelsea could still bring Premier League striker in this weekend!

However, lucky for Chelsea and other clubs trying to get some late transfer deals done, they still do have a couple of days left. Chelsea play tomorrow night though, so it is far from ideal for them having a game on transfer deadline day because that could easily effect the build up to the game.

The Blues are still trying to do some late deals, and one of the longest sagas of the window is coming to a close finally with Cesare Casadei completing his medical to join Torino this weekend.

Meanwhile, it’s been reported that one Chelsea player is expected to go on loan to Everton this weekend too due to the situation of Armando Broja.

But what of Axel Disasi? He clearly wants to go, but will he get his move away?

Axel Disasi passes the ball against Ipswich.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano is reporting that Aston Villa are insisting again for Axel Disasi, and negotiations continue between clubs as the player said yes days ago.

Romano also confirms that Tottenham have made contact for Disasi yesterday and could also be an option for the want-away defender who has become surplus to requirements at Chelsea.

So this situation is certainly a pretty much one to watch for the final moments of this transfer window today and tomorrow.
