During this afternoon's press conference, Borussia Dortmund manager Niko Kovač confirmed that the left-back Ramy Bensebaini will miss this weekend's matchup against Bochum due to injury. Even though the Algerian is recovering well, he is still not ready to be back on the pitch in the little Revierderby.
In addition to Bensebaini's absence, Carney Chukwuemeka apparently still sustains some problems on his knees, which also takes him out of this game despite his debut against Sporting in the midweek. Except for these two and Felix Nmecha, who was already recovering from an injury before, and the suspended Ryerson, everyone else will be available for selection. According to Kovač, BVB will have 18 outfield players and two keepers for tomorrow's away derby.
